The internet is a very big space and contains what can be fragile and perishable artifacts.
Because of this it seems wise to make a protected, stable and persistant environment for collection and categorization of future useful artifacts

Even in the Jungle of the Commons there are artifacts which one may collect, tag, and put safely away, in a place and using a method which makes the artifact retrievable.
